Welcome to The Counselling Space

I offer a range of Counselling services to adults and adolescents in Kettering, Northamptonshire and online.
I use an integrative approach, which means I tailor my approach to meet your needs, and offer a non-judgemental and empathetic space where we can explore your thoughts and feelings.
Feel free to reach out with any questions or to learn more about how we can work together.

Looking forward to hearing from you, Joanna

Walk and Talk Counselling

There are many beautiful and green spaces to explore in Kettering and the surrounding areas. Counselling outdoors can be very nurturing, where the work can be done side by side. Being outdoor (and walking) has a positive effect on the body so this offers a wonderful alternative to the traditional counselling room.
